Basil seeds are very nutritional and have health benefit too. It contains plenty of Iron. Chia seeds and basil has almost the same nutritional factors. My first preference is basil seed, I prefer using it in my meal.
This pudding is very easy and healthy. Vegans can make this recipe too. No milk product or so.
1/2 coconut milk.
1 tbsp Basil seeds.
1 tbsp diced pineapple
1/2 sugar or honey (optional)
- Soak Basil seeds in coconut milk for 10 to 15 mins.
- When it doubled add diced pineapple and mix well.
- If needed add sugar or honey.
- Keep in refrigerator for 5 to 10 mins, it’s totally optional.
- Serve and eat fresh.
Note: Any fruit can be mixed on your choice.
