Veggie Bite

Veg Bite is a recipe straight from my head to kitchen. You guys know my husband is typical hardcore non-veg eater. I don’t cook nonveg regularly cause I want to try few other foods as well. These bites are made up of Broccoli and cauliflower. I make chicken bites with the same style and it tastes good as well. The same recipe but instead I am using vegetables. Cauliflower is an excellent source of vitamin C, vitamin K, folate, pantothenic acid, and vitamin B6. It is a very good source of dietary fiber and biotin, same or more broccoli does.

These two vegetables are easily available and on any season. So it is easy and snacking healthy recipe. It is crispy outside and tenders inside. If you are more concerned about health, this can be made in a fryer or bake in an oven. I have deep fried it. Let’s move further for Ingredients and procedure.

15 to 20 florets of Cauliflower and Broccoli.

2 cup Panko bread crumbs ( I have used Italian flavor one)
